Licensing Agreement

Last updated: 27 May 2026

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Final Draft UI products, including Final Draft UI Figma files, templates, components, code resources, documentation, tokens, or related assets collectively referred to as the “Items”, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

FinalDraft UI® is a registered business (ABN 65 655 466 729) operated by PXCO Design Agency Pty Ltd (ACN 655 466 729). This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Licensee”) and PXCO Design Agency Pty Ltd (“Company”).

Summary

You may use Final Draft UI to create unlimited personal, commercial, internal, and client projects.

You may use the Items to design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, SaaS products, internal tools, prototypes, and other finished digital products.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or give access to the original Final Draft UI files, assets, components, source code, templates, tokens, or design resources in their original or modified form.

In short: use Final Draft UI to build real products, not to create competing UI kits, templates, component libraries, design systems, marketplaces, or downloadable resources.

Team and User Access

Licenses are based on the number of users who access the Final Draft UI files, components, Figma libraries, code resources, or related assets.

A “user” means any individual who directly accesses, edits, copies, imports, uses, or works with the Items.

Personal License

A Personal License is for one individual user only.

You may use the Personal License as a solo creator, freelancer, founder, designer, or developer.

You may use the Personal License inside a Figma team only if you are the only person with access to the Final Draft UI source files or libraries.

You may not share your Personal License with another person, team member, contractor, client, developer, or organization.

Team License

A Team License is required when more than one person needs access to the Final Draft UI files, Figma libraries, components, code resources, or source files.

You should purchase a Team License if:

  • More than one person will edit or use the Figma file.

  • More than one person will access the published Figma library.

  • More than one designer, developer, founder, contractor, or team member will use the Items.

  • Your organization wants to use Final Draft UI as part of an internal design system, component library, or product workflow.

Team seats may only be used by people within the same organization. Seats may not be shared outside your company, client organization, or licensed team.

Enterprise License

An Enterprise License is required for larger teams, multi-brand organizations, agencies managing multiple teams, or companies that need custom permissions, procurement, legal review, or extended usage rights.

Contact us if you need an Enterprise License.

License Terms

This license grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Final Draft UI according to the terms of this Agreement.

You are licensed to use the Items to create unlimited End Products for yourself, your business, your employer, or your clients.

An “End Product” is a finished, customized implementation created using Final Draft UI. Examples include a live website, web application, mobile app, SaaS product, internal dashboard, client project, or finished product interface.

An End Product must NOT allow other people to extract, download, copy, reuse, or access the original Final Draft UI files, assets, components, source code, templates, tokens, or design resources as standalone materials.

You are allowed to

You may:

  • Create End Products for personal or commercial use.

  • Create End Products for clients.

  • Use Final Draft UI in unlimited projects.

  • Use Final Draft UI to design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, dashboards, and internal tools.

  • Modify and customize the Items for your own projects.

  • Combine the Items with other design files, code, libraries, frameworks, or tools.

  • Use Final Draft UI as part of an internal design system or internal product library, provided your license covers all users who access it.

  • Use screenshots or finished designs created with Final Draft UI in portfolios, case studies, marketing websites, and social content.

Examples of allowed use

You may use Final Draft UI to:

  • Design a SaaS dashboard for your own startup.

  • Build a client website or web application.

  • Create a mobile app prototype.

  • Build an internal tool for your company.

  • Design and ship a product that customers pay to use.

  • Create a custom design system for your own company or client, as long as you are not reselling Final Draft UI as a standalone resource.

  • Publish screenshots of your finished work in a portfolio or case study.

You are not allowed to

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, or give away the Items in original or modified form.

  • Upload the Figma file to Figma Community or make it publicly available.

  • Share a public Figma link that allows others to duplicate, copy, inspect, or extract the Items.

  • Share login details, account access, license links, download links, or purchase links with anyone else.

  • Participate in group buys, shared purchases, file-sharing groups, or any organized sharing of the Items.

  • Use Final Draft UI to create a competing UI kit, design system, template library, starter kit, theme, component library, or design resource.

  • Create a Framer, Webflow, Sketch, Figma, React, Vue, HTML, Tailwind, or other framework version of Final Draft UI and make it available for free or for sale.

  • Publish Final Draft UI components, templates, tokens, or source code in a public repository.

  • Include the Items in open-source projects, downloadable templates, public packages, marketplaces, or builder tools.

  • Allow end users to extract or reuse the original Items separately from your End Product.

  • Give edit access to other people if you purchased a Personal License.

  • Use the Items in any way that allows others to access Final Draft UI as a standalone resource.

Examples of prohibited use

You may not:

  • Sell a modified version of the Final Draft UI Figma file.

  • Upload Final Draft UI to Figma Community.

  • Create a “Final Draft UI for Webflow” or “Final Draft UI for Framer” product.

  • Build and sell a template pack based on Final Draft UI.

  • Create a public GitHub repository containing Final Draft UI components.

  • Create a component library, UI kit, or starter kit using Final Draft UI and sell or distribute it.

  • Add Final Draft UI components to a marketplace, builder platform, or resource library.

  • Share the files with a client, developer, friend, contractor, or team member who is not covered by your license.

  • Use the Personal License for a team workflow where multiple people access the source files.

Figma Files and Design Resources

Final Draft UI Figma files, templates, variables, tokens, styles, components, documentation, and related design assets are licensed for use in your own projects and client work.

You may use them to create finished designs and product interfaces.

You may not distribute the original Figma files, publish them publicly, upload them to Figma Community, or make them available in any way that allows others to duplicate, copy, inspect, extract, or reuse the source materials.

Code Resources

Some Final Draft UI products may include code resources, including components, sections, templates, examples, blocks, tokens, configuration files, or implementation guidelines.

You may use these code resources to build finished End Products for yourself, your business, your employer, or your clients.

You may modify and customize the code for your own projects.

You may not sell, resell, publish, package, redistribute, or make the code resources available as a standalone product, library, template, starter kit, open-source repository, public npm package, or competing component library.

You may not expose raw Final Draft UI source code in downloadable products, public repositories, public packages, or browser-accessible source files where it can be extracted and reused separately.

Third-Party Icons and Assets

Final Draft UI may include or reference third-party icon libraries or assets.

These third-party resources remain subject to their own license terms. Nothing in this Agreement overrides or replaces the original license terms of those third-party resources.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party licenses when using those resources in your projects.

Third-party icon libraries may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lucide Icons

  • Tabler Icons
